I am fundraising for youth mental health because

I care about youth mental health because I’ve seen how heavy life can feel at a young age how pressure, expectations, and self-doubt can quietly build until they become overwhelming. Being young is often described as carefree, but that hasn’t been the reality for so many people. Behind the surface, there are struggles that don’t always have words
anxiety that keeps you awake at night, loneliness in rooms full of people, or the constant feeling of not being enough What makes it matter so deeply to me is how often these struggles go unnoticed The thoughts we form about ourselves when we’re young don’t just disappear. They shape how we see the world and our place in it. If a young person grows up believing they are unworthy, unlovable, or destined to fail  those beliefs don’t stay in childhood they follow them into adulthood affecting relationships, decisions, and self-worth. Supporting youth mental health early isn’t just about getting through tough moments it’s about shaping healthier futures

Why supporting helps

Saturday 28th Mar
Because every young person struggling in silence is a story waiting to be heard. Every moment of support is a turning point. And every effort we make today has the power to shape not just individual lives, but the future we all share. In the end, caring about youth mental health is not just about helping young people survive. It’s about giving them the chance to live fully, confidently, and authentically exactly as they are
