I’m taking part in Hike4Life...
because it’s a simple but powerful way to support young people’s mental health. Hike4Life brings people together to walk, talk, and raise funds for a cause that really matters — whether that’s a big hike, a coastal stroll, or just clocking up steps in everyday life.
All funds raised go directly to Live4Life, an award‑winning youth mental health program that works in local communities to help young people build the skills, confidence and connections they need to look after their mental health and each other. Suicide is the leading cause of death for young Australians, and every kilometre walked helps support real, practical change.
My goal is to walk 8km a day (around 10,000 steps) throughout the challenge. Any support — whether that’s a donation, a message, or joining me for a walk — means a lot and helps back a program that genuinely makes a difference.
