I'm taking part in Hike4Life to raise awareness and funds for Live4Life’s mental health education and youth suicide prevention model. Live4Life builds the capacity of young people to recognise, seek and offer help for mental health concerns and it also builds the capacity of the whole community to look after and support their young people. It engages young people, school staff, parents, carers and the broader community in evidence-based mental health education. Hike 4 Life – April Fundraiser 🌿👣

This April, we lace up our shoes for something bigger than ourselves.
Hike 4 Life isn’t just a walk. It’s not just a challenge. It’s a movement — a reminder that every step we take can mean hope, support, and change for someone who desperately needs it.
Why We Hike
Life can be heavy.
Some people are carrying grief.
Some are battling illness.
Some are fighting silent wars in their own minds.
Some are just trying to survive one more day.
Hike 4 Life is about walking for them.
Walking for awareness.
Walking for strength.
Walking so no one feels alone.
Every kilometre walked represents resilience. Every dollar raised represents support. Every person who shows up represents love in action.

April is a month of fresh starts — cooler mornings, changing seasons, and that quiet reminder that growth happens even after the hardest storms.
